| I regard this as one of my most successful street images. It was one of the very first shots taken with my super-wide biogon lens.
It communicates several features that have become prevalent whilst using this lens. The blurring of the main subject (achieved with a slow shutter speed) emphasise the concepts of anonymity and insignificance within the urban environment. This is an aspect that has become a feature of using this lens whereby you sacrifice individual subject engagement for a wider aesthetic. The success rate of this approach is extremely limited, but in this image it works brilliantly.
